How do you turn a brand into a movement that people don’t just follow, but feel a part of—so much so that they fly across the globe to celebrate it with you? This was the central question I explored during my most recent guest lecture at the University of Mannheim on community branding. I shared insights on the strategies that create deep emotional connections and foster a sense of belonging among audiences. By leveraging shared values and authentic engagement, brands can transform into powerful communities that inspire loyalty and passion, motivating individuals to come together in celebration and support of a common vision.
